Looking for Micro Atx non SLI for gaming rig

I'm building a rig and i don't know much about motherboards so i'm asking for help. I'm going for a pretty beefy system, here is the plan:

-Intel i7 4790k
-EVGA GTX 980 ti Superclocked+ ACX 2.0+
-850 EVO 250gb SSD
-WD Blue HD (1 to 2 TB not sure yet)
-Cooler Master Nepton 240M watercooling
-G.Skill sniper 1886Mhz 16GB

I was thinking of going with the MSI Z97M Gaming but apparently the extra cost for gaming motherboards isn't much worth it

The ASUS Gryphon Z97 is a nice motherboard. It's basically a micro ATX version of the Sabertooth Z97 boards. It's better to get a slightly expensive motherboard for a Micro ATX build.

I did think of getting it but here it's 200 euro's so that is 220 dollars compared to 160 dollars and it doesn't seem that worth it
