Why would you give a person who has asked for a monitor suggestion, so many options ? Confusing him/her. I am almost sure if this was the only answer, may the asker would now start a new forum with all these options wanting help to choose.

Because the OP asked for suggestions. s. Remember, the asker did not provide any details whatsoever, except for the price. We don't know if the asker prefers a black monitor or a white monitor. We don't know if the asker wants a TN or an IPS panel. We don't know if the asker will use this for gaming or for workstation.
