I have more detailed questions about my D drive being almost full and I want to know how to get rid of duplicates of pictures etc. Also how to get to talk straight with this company, is it possible?

You're already talking to Tom's, dansengrl, but we don't operate a telephone service. What's the problem? You can delete anything you wish to from D: if they are only backups of C: Hard disks are unbelievably cheap at the moment - why not buy a larger one or an external and move everything to that. It's safe if something goes wrong, if you have all your data on an external disk stored in a fireproof box.
