Looking for more info about my WD external HD

I have an external HD: WD 10000h1u-00 which has 1TB of space and is USB 2.0

I want to know which are the complete specs for the hard drive that it contains inside because it's no easy to open these WD external hard drives to check it myself (I fear that I could damage the case). By more info/specs I would like to know are the RPM, Cache size, etc. better if someone knows which HD model is this so I could look for the specifications myself. Tried some search and didn't have any luck at all.

Purposes: Depending on specs I would like to open the external case and install the hard drive on my pc. Tired of these 3.5' external HDs.
