Looking for: Motherboard 4-Pin Audio to 3.5MM Female.

I am trying to see if there is a cable that can transform the 4-Pin audio header from the motherboard into a 3.5mm speaker input (female).

I am not sure if they are on the market. Essentially, I want a front panel, minus the usb and microphone.

Frontx makes them but they are Pricey. the make the old 4 pin to 3.5 headphone and they make the audio header to headphone mic. I'm searching for them my self because i have a case which requires u to use the plugs on ur sound card requiring a splinter.
