seems like my questions do not solve the problem yet -cleared your selection ;)
1150 is the older socket for older CPUs. Current generation is using 1151.

to your build - the monitor that you have, seems to be 1080p@60Hz. For that, you don't need GTX 1070 or GTX 1080. GTX 1060 will be more than enough.

here is the suggestion (assuming you live in US) for the build for the monitor you have:

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($328.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($142.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($79.99 @...

Total: $1227.92

If you plan to upgrade the monitor to 1440p than GTX 1070 will be + 180-200$, GTX 1080 will be + 400$

Im really appreciate for your suggestion and help thanks alot!
Btw can i use any graphics card i like? I mean its surely are 3.0x16 but now i really dont know which graphics card to use thats the problem i wanted to know that issit graphics card have to be suitable for mobo? I have seen alot graphics cards and im sure theres alot good stuff outhere !
So what if i get the gtx 1070 or 1080 but i havent change my monitor yet issit anyproble. With that?
And ( can i use i5 processors? ) will it affect the performance on the graphic cards?

If you keep your monitor and get GTX 1070 or GTX 1080, you wasted 200-400$. there is 0 benefit in getting those cards for this monitor.
Yes, you can use i5, just keep in mind that in some combinations, i5 is not able to use GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 to their full potential.
It's 100$ for i7, but it's good investment that you can use for many years without performance issues.
Any modern MB with x16 slot compatible with any modern graphics card
