Looking for motherboard

Hello, I’m new to buying compatible mother boards for my cpu, I have an AMD fx6300 processor and am using an ASUS-M5A78L-M lx plus am3+ AMD 760 G mother board that doesn’t work now. I’m looking to upgrade and I’m not sure what to look for, any help is appreciated.
