Question Looking For my First Gaming PC Need Some Help

I’m currently in the midst of buying my first gaming PC for 400-500 US dollars anyone know any good ones on Amazon or Best Buy, and if so could you link me it? I’m mainly looking for 60+ FPS in moderne games which may not sound realistic at all, so would you recommend I buy a used PC? If someone could help me out I’d appreciate it greatly.

What if we found a pre-built that needs a graphics card and power supply added? Are you comfortable with that?
