Looking for Network Adapter Driver

Hi all
My laptop is Sony Vaio VPCEG27FM
I re-installed Window 7 32 bit and it can not connect to the Internet. Both cable or wifi. " can not find Network Adapter"
I tried to find on Sony.com but they have only 64-bit.
Then I tried many drivers in here http://www.sony.co.in/support/download/417681 but it still not works.
Please help me find Network Adapter Driver and its name? Please don't link me a list of many drivers.

Since Sony only has 64bit drivers (yes, I looked), that would seem to indicate that it was originally installed with Win 7 64bit.

Any particular reason you've installed the 32bit version of the OS?

On Sony's support web page for the VPCEG27FM it states:

Original Operating System: Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Why did you install the 32 bit version of Windows 7?

The reason you have 32bit Windows 7 is because you've installed the wrong OS.
There is no 64bit version of Win 7 Starter

If you had a retail key you could get it directly from Microsoft here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows7

Since your Sony Vaio VPCEG27FM only came with an OEM key then that web page won't accept it. You'll have to find another source ( https://www.pcsteps.com/45-download-windows-7-iso-legally-free-digital-river/ ).
