Hi, i am planning on replacing my graphics card with a better one but while i have some idea which graphics card would make a good fit, i have no idea if it would be compatible or if i would need more power.

Computer Specs:
Motherboard: Asus Intel P8H77-I Mini ITX Motherboard
GPU (The one i want to replace): MSI R7850 Twin Frozr OC 2GB GDDR5
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 Quad Core Processor 3.2 GHz
PSU: Corsair CX Series 500 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80Plus Bronze
Case: BitFenix Prodigy Mini ITX Case
CPU Cooler: Corsair H55 Liquid CPU Cooler
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8gb DDR3 1600MHz

I am thinking about getting this GPU: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-GTX-970-4G-Graphics/dp/B00NN0GEXQ/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1434131696&sr=1-2&keywords=gtx+970

I appreciate all answers. I know this may seem like a really simple problem but i would really like more opinions on what i should do and whether this is a good idea or not. If you think that there are other graphics card that would be better in replacing my current one, please leave a link to it. Also, for people who may be wondering why i want to replace my , it is because its on its last leg, and isn't as good as it was two years ago when i made my computer. Thank you for reading.

Awesome, so the 970 i linked is compatible with the motherboard and with the power supply? There will not be any issues? Also will it fit the BitFenix Case? Thanks a lot for responding.

Yep, it is compatible with the motherboard.

It will fit in the case you have, but I think you have to take out the middle drive cage, which is really easy. I don't think there will be any clearance issues with the 5.25" drive bay, but if you do, the bay is removable. I think there is space though.

The 970 doesn't use up much power, so it will work with a good 500W power supply(like yours). This is one of the reasons you wouldn't buy an AMD Radeon R9 290X or similar, since you would need more power for one of those.

You should be good! One of my buddies has that case, it's a really neat mini-itx design.

Thanks, will take the advice. :)
