I am thinking of replacing my old Nvidia GTX 560ti
Please suggest new graphics card compatible with my motherboard.
Budget is not a problem
Current config :-

Asus M5 A97 R 2.0 motherboard
Seasonic 620W
AMD 8350 FX Processor
8Gb Corsair DDR3 RAM

in that case then 1080Ti, or a titan, or 2x1080ti. And a new CPU and mobo whilst you are at it.

Of course budget is a problem! as is resolution and frequency of the monitor.

ATM a Ryzen r7 1700 8C/16T or R5 1600 6C/12T are very popular and powerful but you'll need a new motherboard and ram to go with them. You go with either of those any GPU on the market will work great with them...ideally on a 1440P or 4K monitor.

Also whenever i connect to internet my GPU is being used during idle or browsing. After i disconnect, still the GPU usage is max as if i am playing a game.

Have you tried running an antivirus/anti-malware...There are viruses and malware that bitcoin mine with your GPU. I suggest running malwarebytes and your anti-virus first thing.
