Looking for new motherboard to go with old i73770k CPU

My old motherboard just called it quits on me, but I don't have the funds to buy a new processor as well. Since I'm limited to boards with 1155 sockets, I'm thinking of one of these Intel ones:
here or here. Both say they work with LGA 1155 sockets, but I'm leaning towards the first one right now because I can't tell if the second one is only limited to second gen Intel processors or not (mostly due to this line on the Amazon page: "Also supports other Intel processors in the LGA1155 package for exceptional performance PC."), and I'm not tech-savvy enough to know if I'm missing something obvious here.
Thoughts?

Go used at this point. Much better value, can get a good board for less than a junk new one
