Looking for New motherboard

I am new here so please bear with me. I bought a dell xps 730 h2c with a 9650 processor but now want to upgrade to an I7 mobo butam hoping to find one that fits easily. If i have to scrape the water cooling so be it. Are there any atx boards that will work easily without a lot of modifications. I would like to keep the case. I like it. Thank you
