Hello, so i was thinking of upgrding several parts in my system but I realized that I needed a psu with higher wattage. I want something that is relatively inexpensive but is at least 700w and is 80 plus bronze certified.
Here are my system specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II 965 Black Edition
Mobo: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
GPU: Evga GTX 550ti
Drives: Corsair Force Series 3 60gb
Western Digital Blue 500gb

If there is anything else you need to know in order to make a suggestion just let me know. :)

If you are talking about potentially SLIing your current card (GTX550Ti) you can do that on a quality 500W PSU. It really doesn't draw a lot of power. If you want the facility for different graphics cards then you could need quite a bit more. If you are planning on SLIing really high end cards, then you might need more wattage, but you are talking GTX670/680 before you hit the need for 750-800W PSUs really.

Here's a selection of quality modular PSUs in that kind of price range-
Rosewill Capstone M 550 - $91 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-capstone550m
Rosewill Capstone M 650 - $105 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-capstone650m
Antec HCG 620M - $83...
I would love to have a modular psu. And i just wanted some wiggle room for future upgrades such as a graphics card running in crossfire and maybe another drive. My budget is no more than $110 but preferably under $100.

XFX Pro 650 - $105 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650xxxb9
Seasonic M12-II - $80 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii620bronze

The last 4 are all made by Seasonic. The Antec and the Seasonic are both 80Plus Bronze rated while the rest are 80Plus Gold (which explains the jump in price). Some are semi-modular while others are fully modular. To me this is pretty irrelevant because the non-modular cables are going to be the ones you have no choice but to use anyway, but if that matters to you it's worth checking the specs.

I meant to say that I was planning on buying a new amd graphics card and running that in tandem with another. I now realize that maybe a 700w psu would be a bit overkill and I'm glad you gave me this list to base my decision off of.
