Looking for New PSU (Under 90 UK Pounds) (Amazon) (650W)

Hello, my Corsair VS650 recently started making a grinding noise (fan bearings).
Many people also have this issue with other Corsair products.

I am looking for a new power supply, I live in Ireland and plan to order from the UK (Amazon specifically).

My specs are as follows:

Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
MSI Pro Gaming Carbon Z170A
i7 6700K
ASUS GTX 1060 6GB TURBO
Zalman Z1 Neo ATX Case
16GB 3200Mhz Corsair Vengeance RAM
SanDisk SSD PLUS 240GB
Optical Drive (Unkown)
1 WD Green 500GB HDD
1 SeaGate Barracuda 1TB HDD
SilentiumPC Spartan 3 HE1024
Corsair VS650 PSU (Fan bearings are dying)

I need a new 650 Watt Power Supply.
I'd like for it to be Fully Modular or Semi and under 90 UK Pounds.

Also, is there a difference between 80+ Gold and Bronze?
Is Gold worth the extra money?

Any PSU recommendations?

There are alot of good options in that range. Why 650w? 520w is plenty for those specs even with overclocking.
