Sir, I have a 4gb,ddr3 cpu with Intel i5.
I want to buy gt730, 4gb graphics card.
Will a 4gb cpu memory smoothly run over a 4gb graphics card ?
Or should I upgrade my cpu ram to 8gb ??

Your graphics card is not going to be too concerned about how much system ram you have. The games you want to play will be. So you're asking a good question, but in the wrong way.

Look at the minimum and recommended specs for today's games to find you'll find that 8gb is mentioned more often than 4gb. So the answer to your question is - YES you should upgrade to at least 8gb of system RAM.
