Looking for old game trailer name.

Hey so I just remembered this game trailer I used to watch on the computer monitors whenever I went to Aaron's (around 2006-2010)

I never got to play the game but I kinda remember it starting off with a look at a neighborhood then some creepy music would start (maybe a man narrated something can't actually remember if this happened) and this house full of teens would get attacked by zombies and a kill montage would start. I can't find anything online since I remember so little.

Can you describe the graphics, was it more cartoonish or realistic, what sort of system did it look like it was being played on or was it just cinematic footage rather than in-game footage
