Looking for old pc game

Played a game on windows 5 maybe the name was scavenger or recycle maybe sending out scouts and scavengers to gather metal to build other things like turrets more scouts more scavengers to build a base landscape reminded me of the moons surface game had a radar to let you know when your people get attacked and you could fly there and help fight them off can't find this game anywhere wish I could get it on my phone

By windows 5 you do mean Win XP, right? This is a extremely vague description of the game. Who made the game? Did it come with XP or was it 3rd party?
