Looking for optimization for build

Looking to make a new build sometime soon, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yYbphy this is the list I currently have. Would everything in this list go together, with enough cooling for atleast stock speeds, with overclocking potential? Also are there any optimizations I could make with this list for a lower price, or just better performance for a very similar price? I'm trying to stick under $1600 as a hard limit.

Optmized with better parts...
