Looking for parts to build a pc mainly for browsing purposes and light gaming

Hi , this is my first time asking anyone on this forum.
i would like to build a pc mainly for internet browsing purposes .
not like gaming and stuff but just browsing the internet...
the parts i need has to be able to run multiple tabs at once and has to have a good wifi
adapter either external or internal.
please give me some suggestions

My budget is around 600 USD
i do not have mouse or keyboards and i do not have an OS
