Looking for PC Cases with fan mount at bottom of the case(like R5) but cheaper.

Here is a picture of a budget case that has bottom mounted fan but it is sold only in Asia, unavailable elsewhere. It's 3r System T100-BK. Can you tell me about other cases that has the possibility to mount the fan in that possition at the bottom of the case near PSU.

I have the phantom nzxt case and it has a bottom mount in front of the psu.
