Looking for pre built pc

Hi, my friend is looking for a pre-built pc that can run cs:go h1z1 over watch etc with a budget price of $1,000 usd (he is Canadian though so it has to be able to be shipped there) (laptop or desktop is fine, although he would prefer a desktop where he doesn't expience any lag)

Why a pre-built? Is there any specific reason? It costs more for a pre-built (in price-performance ratios) PC than it does to build your own. If he is worried about not knowing how to build one, he can watch some of the NUMEROUS amounts of PC building tutorials. LinusTechTips have numerous build guides.

He should just wait and save up. A pre-build is more expensive and normally (in my experience) last not anywhere as long.

Well. Look for CyberPowerPC or IBuyPower PCs. They are both decent. I can't really give you a specific build based on the information you've given me, however.
