I'm looking for a processor motherboard bundle 200$ or less that can run bf4 at ultra, do you need to have the windows 7 installation disc when you replace the processor or motherboard

Solution
AMD:

Overclockable, would require an aftermarket CPU cooler. Could upgrade to an 8 core FX-8320/8350/8370 (not much performance gain)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($98.98 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($77.99 @ Directron)
Total: $176.97
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Intel:

Overclockable, with heatsink, 4.5Ghz is pretty easy, Allows you to drop in any faster Intel CPU at a later date (i3, i5, i7 4th and 5th gen)

What about RAM? Old system using DDR3? Old system AMD or Intel?

Might lean towards a Pentium G3258 and a Z97 board so you have a better upgrade path. But that is easily doable.

AMD FX-6300 and a 970 chipset motherboard would be a place to start with that budget.

If you have an OEM copy of Windows, yes. If you have a Retail Box copy you can install it on a single machine at a time three times, usually requires re-activation by phone.

Swapping motherboards while re-using a pre-installed OS can sometimes be difficult. Though Windows is pretty good at loading new drivers for new hardware.
