Question Looking for PSU recommendations

My current PSU fan is making a lot of noise and since the case is right next to me on the desk, its unbearable. The warranty is already void, its been over 3 years. I could try replacing just the fan but I'm running at the edge of the minimum recommended wattage for the system and I figured an upgrade might be the right choice.

Specs:
CPU : Intel i7-8700 @ 3.2 GHz
GPU : Asus Geforce RTX 3070
RAM : T-Force 16 GB DDR4 RGB
Mobo : Asus Z370
PSU : 650W (Came with pre built, can't tell the brand)
Storage : 2 x 250 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD
USB Devices : webcam, mic, mouse, kb, controller, mini usb fan

Budget: I can't really spare much tbh. Ideally it should be under $85

I'm looking at 750W supplies or perhaps 700W, depending on the price.

You should be looking at a 1KW unit. Gamer's Nexus did a piece on how the current stack of GPU's draw more power than your PSU can output for a brief amount of time.
