Looking for RAM to go with this mobo

Getting a new P35 Mobo with a Q6600 CPU and was wondering about a couple gig of RAM to go along with it. Here's the mobo:

Light/Little OCing possibly.... possibly none. Is it better to have 1066 speed RAM with higher CAS numbers? Or 800MHz ram with a couple ticks lower on the CAS delay?

DIMMS made by reputable RAM manufacturers should be fine(OCZ, Geil, Corsair, Crucial, Kingston).... Personally id get the 1066Mhz memory.

Crucial, Kingston, and other mfg have a setup where you can enter the mobo mfg and model and it's tells you what RAM is compatible.

Crucial PC-8500 DDR2 1066Mhz.

Corsair or Kingston work best on Gigabyte. Go value for no OC, or XMS/HyperX for OC.
