For long periods of sitting, usually the high back racing styled chair is the best. Some of them even come with rocking option (the one that i have, image) and it can also come with footrest.

Here are 4 best racing styled chairs for you to consider,

The Ficmax Gaming chair seems like a great option since it supports weight up to 300 lb, has footrest, USB electric massager and comes in 6 different color setups,

Here is another list of best racing styled chairs with footrest. Though, do check their weight capacity since not all those below can support your weight,

You are gonna be quite heavy! (Are you are sportsmen?:))
I have a gaming chair at home from noblechairs. And usual office chair at work - here is it

A gaming chair I have about 2 years old and it broke only once when I dropped the dumbbell on the leg of the chair. Cracked the wheel, but that`s all. And the chair that at work - I've been sitting on it for about a year and a half. At the same time, I made some exercises while sitting. Turnings and the slopes, in general, the load on the chair is quite strong, but also never broke - the only problem is that it is not comfortable and sometimes the backaches, I even put myself a special back for additional support of the waist (in the photo it is clearly visible).

But my game chair is quite expensive. There are still good gaming options, for example, those racing chairs about which you were told by @Aeacus.
Also for comparison, five gaming chairs. The price from 65 pounds https://www.bestadvisers.co.uk/best-gaming-chairs.

Speaking about office chairs, I would recommend Songmics to you. They have very good ergonomic models. Plus of the office chairs in that, they are cheaper than gaming, sometimes much cheaper.
I hope this information helps you.

P.S. I`m at work right now so made a photo, later at home I can also add a photo of the gaming one as I do not remember the model.
