Looking for recommendations for a gaming P.

Im looking to purchase/build a capable gaming pc at LEAST capabile of running minecraft at 40-60 fps while recording for youtube.

I currently have two options at the moment and would appreciate if i could get your feedback on these builds

(also for the custom builds would there be any parts i could replace to make it cheaper)
(For the ibuypower build could i upgrade the graphics card if so any reccommendations?)

Both builds are very bad for the price but with a few changes:
