Question Looking for recommendations on a new budget monitor.

Just to clarify, I currently own a Samsung LC27FG. It is QLED and 144HZ but due to massive VA smearing and support for 10bit color but not HDR makes it kind of a joke. I am looking for a budget pro monitor 1080p that I can get for cheap (even if its a slightly older model). High refresh rates are a nonconcern as I am looking for image and color quality. Hopefully something that can do 10bit color (HDR would be nice but not required) as this monitor will be used on a desk mostly for multimedia use and some gaming. For budget concerns I am looking for something that is (again 1080p) between 24 and 32 inches.

I may wind up buying the Asus Pro Art 2k. I don't know yet.
