Did you reconfigure the router?

The factory settings are very unlikely to match the network configuration that was in place before the factory reset.

And if they do (did) then your network is very insecure.

Do you have the router's User Guide/Manual? You should be able to login into the router via the default login and password.

Most commonly "admin" and "admin" but does vary with the manufacturer and the device itself.

However, verify that the User Guide does indeed match your router and version. If not, just run another google search accordingly.
