Looking for security camera

I order everything online. I only really go to the store for groceries. I wanted a IP Camera to make sure nobody messes with my packages, or at least see who it is if they snatch it off the porch. I want it to send motion alerts to my phone and let me play them back, without requiring a subscription. Any recommendations?

I have a 4 camera, wired system. It can easily be configured to send an email on motion detection. No subscription needed.

However...In several years of messing with these things, the motion detection is a real PITA.
Very hard to get it close to correct.

Clouds passing, rabbits, spiders, leaves blowing...all trigger the motion detection.
