Question Looking for Signed RtCore64.sys (RmClock)

Hi Everyone.
I would like to undervolt an old HP dv6 using an intel I3-2330m.
In the past, i used rmClock 2.35 with signed RtCore64.sys but now i am unable to found it gain. (as 'forum.notebookreview.com' is down).
I can not use XTU on a 2nd intel generation, it's why i have to use rmclock instead.
Can someone tell me where i can find the signed driver RtCore64.sys?

If you want to undervolt, why not use ThrottleStop?
