Looking for Silent Case Fans

Hi guys!
I'm looking for 140mm SILENT LED case fans. Do you have any suggestion?

Also, i'm looking for fans that have more than one color like the Enermax fans

I own 4 of these, and my CPU fan is still louder than all of them, and it's very quiet itself.

Oh really? it has 21db though

21db when you ramp them up to full speed, which isn't necessary. I run mine at 25%, and my CPU/GPU hover around 28c.
