Hi, I am looking for a software that I can add a password to a single file/folder, then I can upload to cloud or move it to any external flash disk or just store in my computer, anyone who wants to open the file can double click and need to type in a password to open it. Thanks.

As said: Put the files / folders into a ZIP file, and encrypt them. You can do ZIP inside a ZIP if you also want to hide file / folder names. Windows "knows" how to access password-protected ZIP files, so I'd recommend sticking to this format.

There are other solutions as well (PGP comes into mind), but they are much more tedious to implement.
