An FM2+ motherboard won't benefit from M.2 performance. It is too slow overall to significantly benefit. Get a larger SATA SSD rather than worry about M.2.

F2A68HM-HD2 does not support the use of NVMe storage.

Some M.2 adapters allow the use of SATA type M.2 drives, however the F2A68HM-HD2 appears to have only:
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 for a graphics card
and 1 additional PCI Express x1 slot
