If you want even more specific details here you go...
1. Go to "Control Panel".
2. Next open "Device Manager".
3. In the window that pops up you want to double-click "Keyboards" and then double click on your keyboard listed.
4. In this new window you want to click on the "Driver" tab at the top.
5. Here you will click on "Uninstall".
6. Follow the prompts after that until done.
7. Do Not reinstall the driver at any point in this process.
8. Reboot your device.
9. Your driver should be reinstalled for you upon restart of the computer/windows.
