Looking for solution to wifi lost connections due to laptop

Hello guys need your help, just bought a Lenovo ideapad but it's making our wifi router in active or disconnected with internet every time it connects with router. Thanks in advance

try googling the support site for your lenovo laptop model number/name and look for the support link. download and reinstall the chipset driver. then your wifi/lan drivers.
