ram: ddr3 8gb single stick
gpu:asus R7 370series 4gb
cooling unit:antec H2O 950 liquid cooling
cabinet :antec X1-e gaming
PSU : corsair 750 watts
With this i have installed
Samsung ram
Pc3 12800
2*4gb ram
It shows that
Installed 16gb usable 7.92gb

You added 2x4GB sticks to a system that already had 1x8GB?
So you have three sticks installed, 4GB, 4GB, 8GB, for a total of 12GB.
Did you install them according to your motherboard manual?
When using different sticks of RAM like this - it is important you put the sticks in the correct slots, or they won't function correctly.

Your motherboard manual should have a diagram showing how to use a 1A 2A 1B set up where B=2A
