Looking for some advice building a pc

ok i know how to build a pc ive got my own gaming pc ive built upgraded a few of them

my brother wants a pc but for like soft games like football manager 2017 witch don't require a lot he wont even play it that much all his going to be doing is browsing the web watching netflix watching youtube and other videos i don't know what to build here i come here for advice he has a budget of a maximum 400GBP i don't know what what to put in the build obviously i shouldn't be over the top because it be wasted so could some one give me some advice?

400 is a bit low but OK. You can't get a GPU for that but integrated graphic can handle soft games.

This should do just fine. It will play that game with no issues. It could play some other less intensive games as well. He can change out the GPU in the future if he wanted to.
