[SOLVED] Looking for some advise.

I'm looking for the best possible card to just play one game (World Of Tanks) I don't want to break the bank so I was looking at AMD 570 and 580 4mb or 8mb also Radeon RX 470 8GB. I don't think 1050 Ti at 4mb would be a good option. System specs below. Would like to stay under $150 for graphics card.
I also got a 144Hz monitor for better frame rate. I would like to fine a GPU that will allow me to play on high or ultra settings within the game and get a better frame rate then 30 or 60.

I overclock CPU to 3.8 and the integrated gpu to Core 1300 MHz and Memory to 1367 MHz game plays well on medium settings with 43 to 60 frames a second.

If you need 144fps due to your refresh rate, then I'd suggest you'd be wise to go with either the RX 580 or a GTX 1060 6GB model. You're not likely to maintain that frame rate with any of those lower end cards at 1080p. If you are at a higher resolution, you will need to look at even higher tiered cards.

Having a 144hz monitor does not INCREASE your frame rate. It simply increases the rate at which you need to maintain frames without seeing problems, and if you do, things look smoother. If you don't, things look worse. Get the biggest card you can afford or you are going to have problems with tearing.
