Looking for some help on build

Hey this is my first ever post here and do not know to much about building computers. What I am doing is going to use some parts from a friends old comp and a new graphics card that I bought and using till I put it into my new computer that I'm going to make. The parts I need are a cpu, motherboard, ram and a new case. I picked these parts out not sure if it will work well together or not. And also I'm on a low budget I might need to get a cheaper case or motherboard to make the budget of around $430. The graphics card that I have is a evga 560ti and the power supply is 750w. If you guys have any ideas of a cheaper motherboard that will work good or a cheaper case that still has alright airflow it will be appreciated.

I do plan on overclocking and I bought my graphics card like a year ago and got a good deal on it.

well you should have built your rig a year ago. doesnt make sense to do it now when you hardware is already a gen behind the current stuff

Thanks for the help I got the card from a friend for like $50 and the comp i was using at the time needed the extra boost. And don't have the cash for a new card at the time. But thanks for the help
