Looking for some type of audio switch/jack converter

I am looking for some kind of switch/converter for my audio, I need to take the 3.5mm output jack from my mother board and spilt/convert it to optical so I can hook up my speakers. As well as the ability to "switch" between them and my 3.5m head set. Does anyone know what kind of product/device I need to do this?

Get a better motherboard, 99% of them have optical out!

Either that or you need a new sound card with optical out. There is no other way (that is cheap)
