I need some help with my pc build. I have a $1300-1400 budget to build a PC+Monitor but I need some help with the build.

I plan to have a Ryzen 5 1600 incorporated in the build, and possibly a 1440p monitor or a 1080p monitor with a high refresh rate.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TkywQV this is my planned build. How is the build and how should possibly improve it?

Ps I know about the Cryptocurrency mining which caused the GPU prices to rise and I'm willing to wait for the prices to drop back.

PPS I have a 500gb HDD that I got from my PS4 lying around that I can incorporate into the build (Yes I'm a console peasant)

Please help
