looking for sound from all speakers

lg 5.1 home theatre system all speakers working when connected to bluetooth or dvd, when connected to TV AV only two speakers are working
how to solve???

1. Check the TV audio menu to see if it is set to output in surround sound (Bitstream). This would only apply if you use the TV digital audio out.
2. Change the surround sound mode on the LG.
