Question Looking for specific case screw

Hello there, I need to identify screw name/type etc from a case. Can someone help? Also I am looking for a European shop to order this kind of screws if possible for someone to make a suggestion.

That is a tiny picture to go along with a very, very brief description.. What is it for? How did you happen to get the screw shown in the picture?

There was a tiny case of some device which is custom made and tried to unscrew that and i damaged the head while unscrewing. I need to identify the type ( I don't know how its called to have turns till the middle of the body and that type of head for me to later look into specific type by using dimensions)

I don't the exact name of those screws, but they are typically used to mount fans onto radiator, where you only need the threads at the end where it screws into the radiator frame...

And fyi, I've collected a butt-load of them over the years in various lengths & diameters, of which I can send you a handful if you want
