Looking for sticky rubber electronics fan mount

I need to replace a 6cm( x 25mm width) fan in a laboratory camera. Finding a new fan isn't a big deal, but mounting it is interesting. The fan needs to be stuck directly to a flat metal plate, which is the heatsink for the camera. The original product included squishy rubber feet that suspended the fan over the plate and isolated its vibrations very well, stuck together by glue. The feet are 1/2" in diameter and about 1/2" tall.

UPDATE: Isolating the vibrations is very important, as this is sensitive camera equipment, and so I would like to find a mount that isolates all the vibrations from the fan (as similar to these feet as possible). I’ve looked at the PC rubber fan mounts, and I’m not sure if they would provide enough isolation.

I'd like to find something like these feet, but I don't know what they are called or where I can find them. If anyone knows where I can find these feet, please let me know! Pictures are included below:

Those look like rubber feet instead of fan rubber mounting grommets.
I have install fans in flat surfaces using this fan grommets. Also I have use this grommets for other surfaces.
I inserted one end of the grommets on the fan holes and used either 3M double sided tape or Hook and loop tape or hot glue.
