Good day everyone

Im in the market for a laptop to use in programing school

I do not have any pc right now
Although i would prefer to wait for the next get 5nm nvidia cards and amd zen 4 or intel raptor lake

I need to get something till september

I prefer windows
something as cheap as possible

but i need an oled screen (always wanted to try one and since i dont plan on keeping this laptop for long burn in is not a big problem)

For now the cheapest i found here in Hungary was the:

ASUS VivoBook Pro 14 M3401QC
2.8k 90hz oled 600nit screen seems ok
I would prefer a bigger screen but the 16" variant is waaaaay more expensive here

Ryzen 7 5800h (intel is just as good but this seems to be the best for the price since the intel one is 4 cores and not cheaper)
16gb ddr4 3200mhz
512 pcie ssd
Rtx 3050 (any dedicated will do
i do not plan to game on it but i do not like the intel integrated
ryzen 6000 apu is fine)
For 359900 huf

I have no clue if the vivobooks are well built since i never owned one

Thank you for the help :)

The vivobook line is okay construction wise, and quite good price wise.
I was looking at that laptop for a while because of the OLED screen, but I decided on a lenovo legion 5 pro instead.

This laptop also has an intel, 15 inch variant which even has thunderbolt, though sadly if I remember correctly it only comes with the i7 11700h which only has 4 cores.
It also comes with the i5 11400h which has 6 (yes, it's an i5 that is faster than an i7...)
