Hello guys!
Straight to the point: I'm new in assembling PCs and some advices would be useful.
I've already picked some hardware components, but I'm (obviously) open to changes.
My budget is €700 ($743, £598) and I already have monitor, mouse and keyboard.

Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H

GPU:
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Armor 3 G OCV1

CPU:
Intel Core i3-7100 3.9GHz 3MB

Power supply:
Corsair CP9020098 VS650, 650 W

HDD:
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"

Case:
BitFenix NOVA Black (kinda minimal, I know)

RAM:
Corsair CMK8GX4M2B3000C15R Vengeance LPX 8 GB, 2x4 GB, DDR4, 3000 MHz, CL15

For the cpu would i look for the Intel Pentium G4560,the i3 isn't going to add alot more tot the table performance wise when gaming. This one saves some money better spend elsewhere like on the psu i will comment about later on.

The ram will not be supported with that motherboard,at least not at that speed.I would suggest to get a B250 motherboard with some 2400MHz ram with a as low as possible cas latency.Don't overspend to get a cas of 14 when a cas 15 is soo much cheaper. 😉
Other choice would be to get a "Z" board which does support higher speed ram.2666mhz might be possible to work as well on that.

Get a better psu like for on a budget the CXM 450 watt which is black/white.Getting a higher wattage psu isn't going to help to counter the fact that a psu is just from a bad series.

If you live in Germany or Italy could we make a build for you using the pcpartpicker. At the righthand top can the country be changed.

First, thank you for your help! :)
Yeah, I live in Italy, and I've just tried that site.

About the CPU, don't 0.4 GHz make difference? The Pentium isn't that cheaper, after all.

Sorry for the ignorance, what stands "cas" for? And what about a MSI B250M Bazooka as motherboard?
As RAM, how's the Corsair CMK8GX4M2A2400C16R Vengeance LPX 2x4 GB DDR4 2400 MHz CL16, is it ok?

The PSU I've chosen is really shitty, I admit it, wise choice to change it. How about the Corsair CX450M CP-9020101-EU ATX/EPS, CXM Series 450 W?
...but will 450 W last? I had a PC, back in 2013, that used to need about 600+ W, it sounds kinda strange to me.

P.S: What about a CPU cooler?

That psu you describe is what i was after, can't find it via the partpicker set to Italia.

I'm going to see if i can push you abit over budget 😉,

This includes an i5.Take that psu with this, which is wattage enough, and you should have a good gaming pc.I know the RX 470 isn't as good as the gtx 1060 most of the times, but comes very close and sometimes is better, at 1080p still a good choice.
If you look at those sites is it possible that you find one of the parts cheaper.Like the psu at Alternate,
https://www.alternate.it/Corsair/CX450M-Alimentatore-PC/html/product/1253693?lk=5128
might depend on shipping as well.

You could save alot with taking the Pentium i talked about, maybe get better other parts first and upgrade the cpu later,at €62 do you have a good budget cpu for the price.
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/8gKhP6/intel-pentium-g4560-35ghz-dual-core-processor-bx80677g4560
alot more difference with the i3 than you said, well imo that is.:)

Think I've found that PSU on Amazon.it: https://goo.gl/HR7oKF

About the CPU, isn't that one weaker than the i3-7100? I mean, that one is 3.9 GHz while the i5-7400 is 3.0 GHz, there's a lot of difference... maybe the GHz aren't that important, I'm not expert after all. 🙁

I know, but at Alternate it is cheaper.

Depends on the game, most games now take benefit of the cpu being a true quadcore, some that still mostly run at two cores will do better with the i3. I would still choose the pentium over the i3,it also has hyper threading and is just marginally slower, but alot cheaper.

So... i5 or Pentium? I'm so undecided.

If you can get the i5+RX470,this is the better overall and a little more "future proof" choice. The gpu is what you're going to upgrade the fastest anyway.better take the just a little lesser there and have a good cpu for years to come. This is out of pure performance view.
With the i5 is upgrading the gpu to a better one not a problem, with the i5 will it be less bottlenecked than with the Pentium. With the pentium will that RX 470 do well though, hardly bottlenecked.
The Pentium gives room for a better case and/or an ssd, things like that. It's up to you to decide what you prefer.
