I've decided to upgrade the processor in my current rig (see my sig below) to a Core 2 Duo E6300. Obviously this will require a new mobo and memory, and I was hoping that you good folks might be willing to offer suggestions regarding the motherboard. I'm looking for something around $100 (even cheaper would be great), with decent overclocking support. Does such an animal even exist? I should also add that I'd like a mobo WITHOUT SLi support (to keep costs down).
I've had my eye on the Gigabyte P965 S3, but I'd love to hear any other suggestions.
