Looking for suggestions on Budget PC!

I intent to make a new PC build using some old stuff i have and give my current system to my GF.
What i intent to buy are the following:
1)INTEL CORE I5-4590 3.30GHZ
2)GIGABYTE GA-Z97P-D3 RETAIL
3)XFX XTR SERIES 550W
What i already have are the following:
1)Kingston HyperX Genesis 4x4GB RAM
2)ASUS Nvidia GTX570

First: How am i doing compatibility wise?
Second: What Midi Tower case should i use for the build?
ASUS card is massive and im running on a tight budget...

(Current build runs on an i7 950 / Foxxconn Flaming Blade MoBo / HD7850 2gb sapphire graphics)

The http:// Fractal Design Arc 2 is a nice midi tower case that would look good and be nice to build in. Also what exactly is your budget?

I would say my budget is somewhere around 500-600 euros, also take in account that i live in Greece
and everything (for some unknown reason) cost way more than the rest of Europe..
for the case i calculated around 50-70 euros, tops 80
Also keep in mind that the GTX 570 is almost 30 cm long

Still on the lookout for a mid-low priced case that can house a GTX 570
