Looking for suitable gpu

Hey friends I just want to upgrade my gpu but I am very much confused between amd or nvidia. But I did some research I got amd gpu's having power consumption issues so I made my mind to go with nvidia
I am planning to buy gtx 960 now I again confused which one either gtx 960 2gb or 4gb???
I also want to know like gtx 960 cards are lower bus 128 bit will it effect on gaming
Should I go for amd cards just for they are having some large bus like 384 bit or more like sapphire nitro r9 380 4gb card having.
My processor is i5 3470
Ram 8 gb
Psu is seasonic 620watts 80 plus bronze
Please guy will appreciate your suggestions.

Well obviously you would want MOAR GDDR5 memory so you would get the 4GB models and the bus speeds can effect performance so get a 256 bit model if its available. And it also matters on what you want to use it for so keep that in mind.
